Agreement and operator

These terms govern use of B1Xagi at b1xagi.com and the related local application and companion. The service is owned by Advance Technology Training, LLC and developed by Bolosoft Computers Limited

These terms describe the conditions for using B1Xagi. Where acceptance is required, it must be obtained through an appropriate notice or agreement. Users must be at least 18 years old. If you use B1Xagi for an organization, you must have authority to bind it.

What the service provides

B1Xagi provides AI-assisted conversations, research, coding, media creation and optional connected tools. Features vary by device, configuration, account authorization and provider availability. Offline access covers supported local features and cached interface resources; it does not make cloud models, live integrations or voice services available without connectivity.

AI companions, including Richard SB1X and Richelle NB1X, are automated systems. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased or unsuitable for your situation. Check important facts, citations, code and proposed actions before relying on them. Outputs do not replace qualified medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. Status indicators and audit labels are not guarantees of correctness.

Accounts and connected tools

Keep your account and access credentials secure. Do not share server tokens or another person's credentials. Use only accounts, data, systems and files you are authorized to access. Google sign-in identifies you; it does not automatically grant access to Gmail or other Google services. Separate integration permissions and applicable third-party terms govern those connections.

Review proposed actions and permission requests. You remain responsible for the instructions you give and for decisions to approve consequential actions. Stopping a task may not reverse an action already completed. You may revoke permissions or disconnect supported tools through their applicable controls.

The optional desktop companion works only after pairing. Reading an allowed folder, visible application titles or the screen requires native approval. Reviewed computer control is off by default. If you enable it, an exact, time-limited plan can write selected text files, run PowerShell commands, open websites and use the pointer or keyboard after a one-use approval phrase and native confirmation. Commands run with your Windows account permissions and may affect files or devices outside the selected working folder. Pausing or stopping prevents later actions in a plan, but may not undo actions already completed. A terminal draft in the web workspace is not proof that a command ran.

Your content and generated output

You retain your rights in the content you provide. You grant the operator permission to process, transmit and store that content only as needed to provide and secure the requested service, consistent with the Privacy Policy and applicable law. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit the content, including any voice samples, personal information or third-party materials.

You may use generated output subject to applicable law, third-party rights and any disclosed provider restrictions. B1Xagi does not guarantee that output is unique, copyrightable, accurate or free of third-party rights. These terms do not transfer ownership of the B1Xagi software, branding or third-party services to you.

Acceptable use

Do not use B1Xagi to break the law; access systems without permission; distribute malware; steal credentials; harass or exploit people; impersonate others deceptively; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; or bypass security, usage limits or approval controls. Do not upload a person's voice for cloning or use a synthetic voice to misrepresent them without appropriate rights and consent. Do not represent AI-generated material as a verified human statement when that would deceive others.

Do not submit information that you are prohibited from disclosing. Review the Privacy Policy before sharing confidential or sensitive material with cloud features.

Charges and availability

Any paid offering must disclose its price and material conditions before purchase. These terms do not create a subscription or authorize a charge. Third-party services you separately purchase are governed by their own billing terms.

We may maintain, improve, limit or discontinue features, and may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, unlawful use or material violations. We will provide notice and an opportunity to address a problem where appropriate and practicable. Availability depends partly on network access and third-party services; uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.

Ending use and data

You may stop using the service, sign out and revoke connected-service permissions. Contact support for available account or server-data deletion processes. Ending use does not automatically remove downloaded files, local histories or records that must lawfully be retained. Data handling, retention and deletion are described in the Privacy Policy.

Responsibility and your rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without promises of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or suitability for every purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may revise these terms to reflect changes in the service or legal requirements. Material changes will receive appropriate notice, with renewed acceptance where required. Changes will not retroactively remove rights already accrued. Contact the support address above with questions or complaints.
